The ACRB is an independent, third-party consumer protection organization that reports accurate satisfaction data on all participating collision repair facilities. On our behalf, ACRB sends our customers surveys, collects the data and reports to us how we did each month.
We have consistently scored above 95%, a figure higher than the national average, and all of our satisfaction performance ratings which are based on the monthly average result of ACRB repair satisfaction surveys.
Ratings are based on responses to questions regarding warranty review, repair review, communication, cleanliness, courtesy and workmanship. The survey is also report that 100% of our customers would refer us to their friends and family.
